Waited outside in the cold for the cab that was scheduled and after 30 minutes I call and they say it’s still 15 minutes away. So I ended up late for work because apparently you should schedule your cab for an hour sooner than you actually need it. Now I remember why I use Uber

no prices shown or meter turned on.  Literally took a quarter mile ride and was told a ridiculous price.  It's no wonder uber and lyft have taken over.  This experience just reinforced why I no longer take cabs

Waiting 2+ hours for the cab ,only to find out they never dispatched me a cab. And the company I work for has a contract set up with them,and this is multiple times waiting over 2 hours just for the lady to say " I don't know what to tell you"
