If i could leave a negative reveiw i would but...to start they were an hour late then the seat belt i was using didnt even work ....the driver was all over the road ...we madr it back safe but to be honest i would rather have drove myself ...and i was drinking

When you call multiple times and it goes to voicemail, I’d say for a cab company- that’s pretty UNRELIABLE. Very frustrating and unnerving as a single female to be stranded on a dark street trying to get a cab back to my hotel.

i always have a good or just great ride with the drivers.  This company is the only taxi I take if I can help it. Just great service all around.  The owners take very good care of the cars they do have out on the road, they are clean, smell good and just comfortable.  They actually have became like family with my husband and I. The owners Rebecca and Jeremy came to my aide this winter risking their own lives to pick me up in the snow from work when I was stranded. They are the best and I do tell every one i know if they need to call a ride to call Alright.

I took my Mini to the dealership for a recall, and I was stupidly unaware i would need to leave it with them. So I'm stuck in West Knoxville needing to get home to Seymour. All my family and friends were unavailable, so I call All Right Taxi Service. I wasn't sure if they would take me 45 min away, or how expensive it would be. I spoke with Mary on the phone, and she was very reassuring, and the fair was very reasonable. Around 15 min later Bill picked me up, and immediately I felt  in good hands. The vehicle was nice and clean, and my diver, Bill, was awawsome, both were very professional. We chatted all the way to Seymour, and I enjoyed my ride. I highly recommend using All Right Taxi Service, and I definitely recommend Bill. They saved me yesterday, and I will always call them, if needed, in the future.
