I went for an oil change. No appointment, I called in while on my way there. It was super fast, especially with the express lane or whatever they call it. If you need a quick oil change for your car, this is a good option for mid morning. Very professional, from the phone call to waving good-bye.

I came here for an A1 service. I appreciate that the pricing is listed on their website, so you're not forced to call to get an estimate or have to negotiate a deal. I was able to make an appointment online for the next morning. I worked with Kiv, who was very friendly and gave me updates through the process. The customer lounge has comfortable seats, complimentary coffee machine and water, and an HDTV. Unfortunately, their two computer workstations were out of service. 

They did the standard service and inspections, didn't try the hard upsell and got me out in about an hour, including an interior vacuum. Apparently they will have exterior washing service soon, so I'll wait on the next time. Overall, pretty happy with the experience. Only extra benefit would be if they took coupons from other Bay Area Acura dealers, although not a deal breaker because I would prefer not drive too far from home.

Small dealership so service and sales share the same building. Get very busy during the day. Service advisers are excellent, polite and efficient.

I want to thank Acura Service Pleasanton very much!  I brought my car in because the engine light was on and had them checking the AC.  It turned out that the light never came up during the service check and the AC worked fine.  They did not charge me anything, not even minimum fee.  And they offered me two trips of Lifts service and a day courtesy car. And because the gas level was low when I brought in the car, they even filled up like 75% (they did test drive). And they even vacuumed the interior.  I felt I won a small lotto!  I cannot thank enough for their professional service and their courtesy!  Much appricated!

Acura of Pleasenton is by far, the best dealership I have ever been to. The sales person (Melanie) was super patient and helpful. It was like being shown a car by a family member. The Manager was awesome and gave me a very generous trade-in value on my car. Even the Finance Manager was really kind and explained everything so wonderfully. Every member of their staff was so unlike any car dealership staff I've ever dealt with.
I highly recommend Acura of Pleasenton to anyone who is looking for a car. They seriously have a winning formula at Acura of Pleasenton.
