My experience at Stoneridge was mixed. I had inquired online about the availability of a Jeep my spouse was looking to purchase. I worked out a deal with Hamid, and a time to finalize the deal. I expected the process to be quick as I had negotiated the deal ahead of time, and came prepared with a cashiers check for the down payment and all proper documentation. When I arrived at Stoneridge, Hamid was not on site. Not only had he said he would meet me there, he had provided an APR ahead of time that was not valid. The deal needed to be renegotiated, credit was pulled again, and the APR Hamid offered was not available. I will say that the salesman who assisted us, Justin Allison was helpful and apologized for Hamid. The deal we worked out with him was fair. We love the car, and were happy to be done after being at the dealership for 4+ hours. Today I received notification that my credit was pulled from Stoneridge CJD. I did not supply my personal information, nor authorize Stoneridge to do so. I have no idea why that was done as this vehicle was under my spouse alone. I have reached out to Stoneridge for a retraction and to rectify the situation. I will update my review when/if that happens. All in all, we received a fair deal but it has not been a great buying experience. We likely would not shop at Stoneridge again.

I have not had a lot of experience with purchasing many vehicles from a dealership but my experience at Stoneridge Chrysler Jeep was probably the best I have ever had so far. I was in and out in no time at all. They were very friendly and not forceful. The Finance Manager Michelle Dadar was exceptional. Aria was very helpful. Thank you Aria and Abs for delivering my jeep. Will definitely continue to do business in the future.

Worst customer service ever. I recommend you take your car somewhere else. I took my car in for a thermostat issue at 7:30 am and they gave me back my car with brakes that don't work the next day. I didn't receive a call letting me know when my car would be done. I called them and I was informed that my car would be done in 20 minutes and that they closed in 30 minutes, so I told them I would pick it up first thing in the morning. When I got there, I was given my keys and I proceeded to leave, when I realized that my brakes didn't work. They broke the vacuum pump while replacing the thermostat and gave it back without mentioning that they had to replace the vacuum pump. Roger, (Service Guy) said that there was a crack in the vacuum pump, which was interesting since it should have been replaced the day before. So they clearly broke the vacuum pump and didn't replace it and allowed me to drive away with a vehicle with faulty brakes. I spoke to the Service Manager Dennis and he gave no apology. I will not be back and I highly recommend going to another dealership.

Super high pressure sales team won't let you leave without buying from them. They get very confrontational when you tell them no. Plus they haggle forever! I told them the highest price I would pay and they kept coming back to me with offers i wouldn't accept. They probably would have agreed on the price as we were really close at the end but I was so turned off that I ended up going to Carmax for an easy stress free buying experience

The best experience ever! Everyone super friendly and helpful! Specially Ray! The sales specialist person who helped me! Amazing, knowledgeable, honest and beyond caring! He is for sure an asset to Jeep dealership! I can't thank him enough for him going above and beyond to make me happy with my beautiful brand new car!! I strongly recommend him to all clients.
