I had been looking for a used Sienna, which they had on the lot. Jose let my wife and I drive the vehicle around the area on our own and then gave us an excellent price. Because we live 3 hours away, he was able to get us in the vehicle and drive it home the same afternoon, and to give us extra keys. All in all, it worked out beautifully.

Bought a BMW 335i from them 4 months ago. Car was great until it broke down 170 miles from home on a road trip. $2000 in transmission repairs. The car is otherwise good and a blast to drive. The repair is not the problem. It wasn't a problem they could have been aware of, but rather a freak plastic part failure. 

The problem is with the people at this "dealership." They are your best friends until you drive away in your new car. They were supposed to file for title transfer with the DMV and the costs were covered in the sale price. Months later I have received no title and no registration from them or from the DMV. My temporary card has expired. I've called 4 times. First I called the agent I bought the car from... he since quit and said to call the office. Called the office and they said they would check on this and call me back. Two weeks later no call. Third call and I talked to a guy who says the "lady" who handles these things is out of the office until 2 January. Call on the 3 January and he says, "oh call back at the end of the week or next week." I said that you told me she would be back on the 2 Januar-- please transfer me. He says "okay no problem..." and I've been on hold with a dial tone for 30 min. Terrible company. Don't even think about it, even if they have the right car for the right price. Go private party... go to a reputable dealer... go anywhere else.

Do not trust these people ive been spending thousands on repairs since ive got my car from them i have receipts to prove this. They will not help you.They will lie to you ¬ even an inch of consideration to help. they dont care if your money goes down the drain. And i honestly believe they are selling bad cars.  Theres places out there that will value your time and money. This is not one of them.

Avoid this place at all costs. They were completely dishonest with us and we ended up with a car that needs thousands of dollars in repairs.  If you insist on purchasing from them, make sure you have a mechanic thoroughly check out the car.  Don't believe anything they tell you.

I bought my Scion tC here. Days later after contact has been signed, and every day my attempt to drop my car off to be worked on ends up my car just sitting there all day and having me take it home every night without even being acknowledged, they tried to have me swap my 2005 Scion tC for an automatic of a slightly newer year so they could tune up the Scion and resell it at a higher value, informing me that if they do the assigned worked within said contact, they will lose money. Haha... Okay... said no.. Then they tried to dupe me by saying the "maintaince required" light was an "issue," when in fact, after a quick Google search, is just a light that goes off at 4500 miles to remind you to change the oil, and then you reset yourself, which I did, after I changed my own oil and aided by the owner manual. They made such a fuss over the main required light to avoid replacing the speedometer, or rather, avoid any actual costly work to resolve the speedometer problem. Needless to say, I took this car and drove far away, feeling any "work" to eventually happen would cost me more in the end, 100% positive they try to pull the most petty, time-wasting, pointless, counter-productive procedures, anti-money making schemes, prolonging the inevitable end from running a BAD BUSINESS. I was asked to post a review. At least I follow through on my word, without a contact. You're welcome, Sam. 

In the end, all I wanted was an oil change, a new battery, and a wash. I was lied to, not ONE contact condition honored, and treated very much with disrespect that even over the phone I was screamed at, so bad enough the salesman Sam said he had to hang up, customers in the building were uncomfortable. No management skills could save this place, they couldn't even manage their behavior. Joke

Plus side, I got a great deal at an underrated price due to negligence and truly unknowledgeable staff.
