Best car buying experience ever! Hands down. I was greeted right away the moment I walked into the dealership and was offered something to drink and snack. Everyone was professional and very helpful, there was no pressure at all. They happily answered all my questions and concerns. I was treated with respect not like other dealerships I've been to. I hate dealerships that pressure their guest to buy, if not, they are not interested in helping at all. But this dealership is different. I've been looking for this car(2016 IS 200t F-sport) since April. Charek was very helpful in explaining everything about the car I was interested in. He went over and beyond my expectation. David helped us get the payment we were comfortable with and was very thorough in explaining to us our loan. There was never a dull moment while I was there. All the staff was courteous and they know what they're doing. I will definitely come back and refer friends and families. Everyone is loving my IS200t. Thank you Lexus of Pleasanton!!!

Although always courteous they always seem to have logistics problems. And the mechanics always leave black scuff marks on my car's interior that I always have to wait for them to clean before I can drive off

I was bringing in my Lexus RX 400H for the first oil change service/multi-point inspection and Manny Solano was the Service Consultant. He was exceptional on how he treated us and was very informative on what needs to be done with the car. He made sure that I understood what was being done with the car and why it was being done. He also made sure that I was a valued client, making my wife and I feel like we were the only customers he was helping, even if he had several clients that is scheduled. We connected with him in a personal level, and it didn't feel like we were just another transaction. He gained my trust, when all the times I've had dealt with dealerships or mechanics, that I was just a profit to them. I was treated like family and Manny made me feel that my business with Lexus is wanted. Giovanni from Enterprise was also very courteous and accommodating. If I could give a 100 score, I would. Thank you for treating me like family and going out of your way to satisfy my Car needs.

Thank you to Al for helping my husband and I lease a 2017 ES350 a few days ago. Our experience with Al really made our decision to lease for the first time very easy for us. He went over the various models and helped us decide which one was best for our needs. The whole process was very easy and there was no pressure on us to make a quick decision. Thanks again!
