Star. From the first phone call.. Matt in the service department got me in right before close for the oil change i desperately needed. As a Elite  Roofing project manager, my truck is my career. The Al Serra team took their time in identifying the necessary repairs and mapping out a reasonable timeline to complete without destroying my budget. Thanks again for the great service!

We had a great experience at Al Serra Chevrolet when shopping for & purchasing a vehicle for my parents.  You had the vehicle we were looking for & there was never any pressure felt during the whole process.  Everyone we dealt with was great & very helpful.  I would definitely recommend Al Serra Chevrolet!

Bought a truck here yesterday and had a great experience. Being from out of state on vacation, I walked in figuring I would just look and price out a few things. The salesman, JP, was great to work with and we came up with a deal that was so good and convenient for me, I couldn't refuse. They were able to accommodate on all the out of state inconvenience issues I had. Finance guy, Paul, was very professional and low pressure when finishing up the deal. Most satisfied I've been with a dealership out of my last three new car purchases by far!  Thanks guys!

While traveling through Colorado Springs I needed some warranty work on my new truck, purchased from a dealership in my home state of Montana. Service dept put my truck into their schedule quickly and made the repairs within the limits of my travel plans. The work was well done and the service dept communicated with me truthfully and often.

Chris was great. He went out of his way to make sure that I was well taken care of, and coordinated a rental car for me when my repairs took longer than expected. He provided excellent customer care, and I will happily bring my vehicle back to him and suggest that my friends and family do the same.
