Great service with no surprises. Service was completed in the time promised as well as pricing. They even sent a coupon that lowered my costs. This is the first time I had my car serviced with EchoPark since buying my car 15 months ago in Denver. I’ve been going to the car maker’s local dealer. I’’m happy they opened a location in CS. This was actually a better appointment than Phil Long and I was able to get some shopping done across the street.

Good cars at good deals with friendly staff and the most comfortable lobby I've seen. We came looking for a specific vehicle to find in every way the best dealership I've been too. Still best of all they had the car deal that was worth the hour drive each way

This is the absolute best customer service I've ever experienced...in any type of situation, not just car buying!! I was worried about the Echo Park no haggle pricing business model. How could I be sure I was getting the best price?? Would the service provided be sub par? I stopped at the dealership I've always bought from first, but they weren't willing to work with my budget on the type of car I wanted. I then went to Echo Park and I worked with Brian, who is literally the nicest human being I have ever met. Nothing sales-y about him, just a good, solid dude. The man was willing to bend over backwards to make me happy. Let me explain - I found the car I wanted online at Echo Park previously, but the car was in Denver. Brian and the team had that exact car down from Denver within a few hours!! The list price of that car was significantly lower than the cars I'd found online with the same specs. Gave me more for my trade-in than I expected to get. They were able to find us financing at a lower interest rate than our own bank that we've been with forever. We got through the paperwork in half the time this would normally take. Here's where things get crazy!! Less than an hour after driving my car off the lot, I went to a large home store, being sure to park near no other cars. In for less than 20 minutes and when I walk out, there was a huge, at least 4 foot long gash down both doors on the passenger side! Unreal! Extremely upset, I drive it right back to the dealer to see what they could do. They immediately provided me with a loaner car, so that they could keep the new one for their body shop guru to look at and provide an estimate when he came in the following day. I was already getting ready to file an insurance claim, trying to figure out how to scrounge up my deductible, disgusted and heartbroken that this was how my life with my new car was starting. Folks - I kid you not. Brian called me the next day and let me know that Echo Park was going to take care of the gash AT NO COST TO ME!! I was IN SHOCK! Who does that? NO ONE! I picked up my brand new car, with no gash, 2 days later. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Brian and the entire Echo Park staff for what you did for me. Truly, you've earned my loyalty and respect.

Everybody in the service department was super nice and helpful. Ethan and Scott took great care of my vehicle and even checked everything over while they had it in for service. They were able to figure out what was wrong with my car replaced a bad sensor which fixed the problem. I was also impressed with their prices. They were even very helpful with informing me about my car and how everything works together. I would strongly recommend EchoPark to anyone needing their car serviced!

My husband and I not only got a better deal on our trade in and purchase but the buying experience was extremely smooth compared to carmax. If anyone is considering buying a car Echo Park is a must. Brian was extremely helpful, honest, and friendly with no pressure. I highly recommend Echo Park.
