Been trying to cancel extended service warranty and obtain refund (due since car totaled) since July, 2016. Countless phone calls and emails with no result. On 11/22 was told I would have refund in 7-10 days. Still no refund as of 12/8/16. Was promised overnight UPS deliver which never happened. No apology or explanation for these delays. Worst customer service I have encountered. Phone calls not returned.

This time I had a different advisor than the last time. The last one was not efficient, but this time I had Jay. He was outstanding. I am going to request Jay next time I need service.

Lee is exactly what you want a salesman to be, low pressure, honest and willing to help.  This is the first really good experience I have had buying a new car in all my years of driving.  The whole dealership is professional and courteous and knowledgeable.  I got such a great value for my money, I couldn't be happier!

Tried to buy a car at this dearlership. Salesman was nice but when I cam into the office to look at other cars. The salesman asked the manager where he could use a computer and both managers looked at me like I was a lower class citizen. Granted I was was not dressed like a rich person. Yet I am. 
They pointed to a computer where there was one seat and the salesman took it.  So I decided to take my 60,000 dollars somewhere else. Don't judge a book by its cover!
