It’s hard to find a reliable, low priced vehicle, but at Phil Long it’s definitely possible. Especially with the staff members my wife and I were working with. Zach and Danie were outstanding!! Zach was very knowledgeable about the vehicles the dealership had in stock. Friendly, respectful, and comforting. Daniel was excellent, working on the finance end of the deal, he was able to spend his day to find a low interest rate. Together they are great. I wouldn’t look anywhere else when trying to buy a car at a threat price.

I want to say thank you to Chris in finance and Daryl in sales for all their kindness and help.  My husband is deployed and my oldest son was in a recent car accident. They have been amazing and gone above and beyond with getting my son into a new vehicle.  They take care of the military and their families. I have always felt their customer service was by far the best in the Springs and after the last 2 weeks they have definitely shown it.

Previously posted a poor review but this has been changed.

Update:  My hat is off to Robert, the General Manager at Phil Long Ford Chapel Hills.  My wife and I dealt with Robert and he fixed the car, replacing the transmission.  He was professional and showed a level of integrity that was refreshing.  The star rating has been changed from a 1 and now is a 5.  I thought we were duped but Robert made it right.  We will be car shopping once again at Phil Long at Chapel Hills in the future.

Service department is garbage! We stated we had a few problems (oil leaks and rattling) it only had several visits and over a month in the shop. They started taking apart parts and not telling us. So we don’t know what was replaced and wasn’t. The service reports are different than the verbal conversations we had with the service manager. We called corporate and they were unable(not willing) to help us. They closed our case without telling us. And to make it even better, the suv has less than 15k miles on it. This corporation is the worst I have ever had to deal with. Save your time/money/ and sanity, go some where else with your hard earned money.

Drove to Pueblo to avoid this local dealer. They are too big to care about it's customers.

Update: The company responded and asked me to email them. Jim still has NOT responded to my initial email. This is obviously a ploy to show they responded via Google. The first email to Jim White was sent on 9.27.17!!!!! Go to Spradley Ford in Pueblo. They are amazing with service and sales. We are very happy with our 3 vehicle purchase. Phil Long should just fail, but they won't since COS follows their aggressive marketing. Wake up COS and go elsewhere. They will rip you off, just like they tried to do with us. 1 vehicle we almost purchased was $17,000 over blue book and all other websites for the value of the truck. 

Sales Manager accused us of waisting their time with our large purchase??? We wanted a fair price and wouldn't have got it here. They upgrade their vehicles which makes the vehicles unsafe according the Government safety ratings. We called and reported this fraudulent dealership. I'm sure all Phil Long dealerships do business the same way, so think before you buy. Be smart and avoid these criminals!
