Alexander Automotive Franklin is really a good place to purchase a car. I purchased a Saturn Aura XE, 2009 Model, with 114k miles on it. General Motors stopped this brand in 2009. But it was my good decision. Tommy Pinson, really helped me a lot in exploring this car, he is a very good Sales Manager. Now, its been 1.5 year since I bought this car, and its 129k miles on it, and I didn't spend a single dollar (other than Oil change and servicing :-)). I now have a good trust on this dealer and I refer many people time to time.

Staff is friendly and very fore front with any known flaws with their vehicles.  Ended up not being able to negotiate to a price both sides were able to agree to, but I would definitely recommend coming here!

The experience at Alexander Automotive was excellent! I found a car online and inquired about it through their website. I received a prompt phone call from Leny Ayala, who gave me a good description of the vehicle and asked if I had any questions. It was a few days later before we were able to go see the vehicle, but I texted Leny checking on the status of the vehicle and he was always very prompt with a response.

When we went to look at the vehicle, it was exactly as it had been described online and in the photos and was in great condition. Leny was great to work with. He was extremely helpful and friendly and was very knowledgeable about the features of the car. The whole process from arriving at the dealership to purchasing and driving the car off the lot took about 1.5 hours, which included a 20+ minute long test drive. There was absolutely no pressure at all and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. There was no sitting and waiting for extended periods of time like we have experienced at other dealerships.

I would highly recommend Alexander Automotive and Leny to anyone looking to purchase a quality used car.
