Great Dealership!!! I have bought two Suv’s from this dealership, they have been amazing vehicles they haven’t given me any issues. The pricing has always been very fair, and they make sure you are happy with your purchase. They have amazing customer service, very easy to work with these guys!! I would definitely recommend you check them out.

I have never been more disappointed in my life. They have sold me a car that is a lemon. I understand that when you buy used cars you can run into some problems. I bought my car for over blue book value in April and it is October. Since then it has been in the shop now 4 times with major repairs needed. A couple of them that have conveniently not been covered by the supposed "bumper to bumper" warranty they sold me. In trying to get these fixed I was basically ignored for aver 2 weeks and ignored. When I spoke with them on the phone they took over a week to get me a quote on how much it was going to cost. Then finally after 2 weeks of trying to get them to do the right thing by fixing my car at a seriously discounted rate they basically told me that they didn't care and would not do anything for me. Tough luck basically. If I could stop everyone from making the mistakes that I did...which was buying from Auto Masters of Franklin I would. Save yourself the trouble and go buy from someone who doesn't just car about a sell but making the next sale. I will NEVER step foot in that building or on their lot again and I pray you do not either!

Dealers themselves were very helpful and informative. Terrell W. was very helpful in adjusting the price so it fit my budget. However, there was a Hispanic woman at the front desk who could definitely take a customer service class or two. Other than that, process was easy and it was a pleasure working with Terrell.
