Fast, good price. Car was in good shape. Got a free upgrade because the one I booked wasn't available. Employee I dealt with was very nice. Not sure why they have such low reviews. Maybe because it is not in the airport. It's about a mile away in an industrial area.

Use Fox car rental twice so far. The first time very nice experience enough for me to use them a second time. This second time very bad experience. Bad enough that I would never use them again. They tell you that your SunPass won't work only there's would that's not true. The customer service rep also stated that your own insurance won't work only insurance through them would be acceptable . Also not true. Don't worry so much with the price. There is a reason it is so cheap. Stick with the big companies (Avis, Budget and Enterprise)

You get what you pay for. It's one of the only rental spots that isn't in the actual airport. Office is tiny and feels pretty cruddy. Service was super slow even though there wasn't that many customers. Nobody was there after I got the keys. Literally got the car and left even though they told me to give the paperwork to someone showing all the preexisting dents and dings. Next time I'm not going to be so cheap and use a different (on airport) agency. PS the car wreaked of cigarettes

The service is fast. The cars clean and ready to go. New model vehicles available. Prices are just like any other rental company unless you catch one of there deals. Do not except personal Insurance and married couples license needs to have te same address, if not then additional driver fee is added. So the prices are the same if not higher.

Overall it was like any other location. Staff was nice. It did take a bit of time to get our rental but it was a decent price and in good condition. Selection was decent as well
