I had the pleasure of working with Ron Evans and Brian Carpenter at Allen Cadillac. Both of these men were so helpful.  Ron was genuinely excited for me about my new Cadillac XT5. He took so much of his time to teach me about all of the features of my new car. He helped me to set it exactly the way I wanted it. He even gave me his personal cell phone number so that I could reach out to him if I needed to. 
Brian Carpenter went above and beyond. I was up-side-down on a trade-in and he worked a miracle. He was able to get me into my dream car and keep my payment where I needed it to be. He was so helpful and like Ron, seem genuinely excited and happy for me to get into this car. 

Thank you gentleman! You have made a customer out of me for life! I will be sending all of my friends and family your way!

We just purchased a brand new GMC Acadia. Ron Evans was really great at helping me find the right car for me. He wasn't pushy and allowed me to take my time and search for the car I wanted. He was quick at helping us complete our transaction. Thank you Ron Evans!

Profressionally runned dealership. My only gripe with this location is customer parking and the waiting area while waiting for service. The service department is nice and organized. Thank you!

Unethical advertising and zero desire to communicate effectively. The absolute worst when trying to buy a car utilizing technology. If you are 85 years old and don't know how to work a computer, go see these people. I requested a call from the general manager to discuss how I was treated and how the same car could have 3 different prices. Radio silence. Not exactly the way I'd run my business...

I had a great, not pushy sales guy, Michael. I appreciated his honesty with me and his no pressure approach. 
After buying the CPO car I discovered an issue or two and took it in. The Hyundai service guy was great. He listened to my concerns and explained some of my existing warranty coverage better.  I appreciated that my thoughts and concerns were given appropriate weight and consideration.
