It was very easy working with the team at Audi. Jordan provided amazing customer service and assistance as well as Daniel. Monique, in the service department, was so nice, accommodating and patient with me when I changed my mind a few times about what services I could afford to have done to my car. She even told me about a 10% discount, which she didn't have to do, but she did. She was friendly and smiling the whole time. She didn't get frustrated with me and I appreciate that. My car is always washed on the outside when I take it to the dealership, but they never do the interior, that's not something they usually do. However, when I got my car back, someone definitely cleaned the inside for me (for no charge). The fact that they went above and beyond for me, even when I ended up not getting any paid services, says a lot about their company and their staff. No one even told me that they cleaned the interior of my car....... I didn't find out until I started driving away and I noticed that the floors were vacuumed and the dashboard wiped down, etc. That was a nice surprise and done 100% out of generosity. They inspected my tires and brakes for no charge. Originally I set up the appointment to get the 15K mile service, which, for my car, was going to cost over $500. I kept changing my mind about getting it done, then not getting it done, then maybe I should just get a few things done, but not the entire package........needless to say, my ambivalence was even frustrating myself. However, Monique was kind, down to Earth and understanding. And that made me feel so much better. Even though going to the dealership is, many times, more expensive than a regular auto shop, the treatment and perks you get by going to the dealership is, many times, incomparable. Every time I go to Audi Mission Viejo, I'm always treated with respect, smiles and helpful attitudes. In this day in age, you'll be hard pressed to find many companies that have such excellent customer service skills. Thank you to Monique and thank you to the staff at Audi.

The service at Audi Mission Viejo was top notch. From the young man who greeted me when I pulled into the driveway, to my service consultant Denny Dong, to the young lady who arranged my loaner car and made sure it had gas, it was the very best experience. And this was two days in a row with the same awesome treatment. The first day the car was in for routine maintenance. It was very busy and they still had it ready by the end of the day. The next day I had to have the car brought back on a flatbed with a dead battery. Even though it was a Saturday, I was given the same courteous service and they had it ready to pick up by 5:00. Plus the battery was covered under the warranty! I don't typically do reviews because everyone wants one these days. But this kind of stand out service deserves recognition. High fives!

My second service at Mission Viejo Audi and the service was excellent! Damian took the time to explain exactly what service needed to get done. He set up a loaner and I was out the door in 10 minutes. Damian told me how long the service would take and when I can expect a call. My Audi was ready in the front and I was driving home. Thank you Damian for providing exceptional service.

The service department website appointment scheduling system failed to make our service appointment. Also, we called twice to confirm our appointment only to receive the service department voicemail. Fortunately, Denny was very helpful when we came to drop our car off. He greeted us as soon as we walked in and took care of all of our service needs. In the future we will simply call him to set an appointment. Zero stars for the website and voicemail systems, but five stars for how helpful Denny is.
