I leased a Toyota RAV 4 (3) weeks ago from ( Chris Montague) The down payment agreed to it , per contract was $1,500.00, however the dealer, Toyota of LA charged my credit card $2,500.00. Still waiting for them to credit back the money $1,000.00.that they claimed they over charged as an honest mistake!!! Well, then why they have not returned my money yet?? Also the car was supposed to have GPS and it does not have a GPS, instead of a actual GPS you can connect your phone to the screen and you have a GPS that uses your data, so if you forgot your phone or if there is no connection you are out of luck.

This was the first time looking to lease a car, I've always bought used cars and just paid cash so it was all pretty new to me. I was referred to Jonathan through a friend, needless to say Jonathan was super patient with me and completely spelled out the process to me and set my expectations well. I left completely happy and would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking to lease. Couldn't be happier, definitely an A+ experience for me!

Updated review 10/26/17: We have been working with Anthony for over 6 Yeats now and he still is going strong. 48 hour delivery on most vehicles. Anthony and Doug have been a pleasure to work with. Thanks so much. Anthony congratulations for making our experience "Dealership Free" and VIP. DSR caters to high profile and selective clients; vehicle is delivered in 48 hours.Haggle free and no need to loiter at dealer for 3 or more hours. DSR team---hi Natasha---are professional and outperform any dealership our network has used in the past. Were we hand fed lies and then paperwork was incongruent with verbal promises, No! DSR is honest and yes the paperwork matched the words. Fees were as stated on contract (this was signed in our home at time of delivery). Yes he offers electric cars for lease (not Tesla though). DSR gives personalized service. Many high profile VIP's regard DSR as family and continue to have DSR address leasing needs. You also can customize your car to your liking and DSR will order it to your specifications and deliver. Anthony (the owner) is personable and down to earth---despite his success.

The worst - I'd give negative stars if that were an option. They advertise themselves as experts in car leasing but gave misleading information and then wanted to charge me more for their lack of expertise. Get everything in writing. I lost $600 fee and never got a car-even though they said second part of fee was to be paid when car delivered. They wouldn't refund because I depended on what they said in phone conversations with them. Get everything in writing before you pay them their initial deposit and don't pay the final part of fee till you get your car!

Amazing service from Jonathan & Anthony and their whole team at DSR Leasing. I didn't know 3rd party car brokering was a thing. I was shopping around for about 4 months for a new Benz for my parents. I went to at least 4 dealerships and they quoted similar prices. A friend of mine referred DSR Leasing and within 12 hours I received a call with a quote -- how is this even possible?? I don't know but it doesn't matter. Got the brand new car, leased directly from Benz but without having to deal with them, and with a lower monthly rate. I had a bunch of questions and Jonathan always got back to me within hours. I can't believe I ever dealt directly with dealerships before. If you're looking to lease a new car, DSR Leasing will take great care of you. VIP service from beginning to end, thank you so much!
