Serviced my vehicle last week and had a great experience. Everything ran like a well oiled machine. Tarek Saba had my loaner ready to go and kept me up-to-date throughout the day. He also pulled off a buzzer beater and had my car back to me same day. Pretty good since it wasn't a normal service. Thanks for a job well done! BTW - their facility is very nice and not a bad place to hang around if you need a quick service. Definitely recommend!

I spent weeks researching in my search for a used Corvette, I settled on a beautiful silver Vette at  this dealership.  The sales person Bernie Mendez was very helpful and even offered to bring the car to me ( a five hour trip).
I decided to make the trip myself and the experience was great. The car was just as described and Bernie even gave me money off for making the trip. The financing was at a good rate and they  gave us a good deal on the  extended warranty. Very nice place, low pressure friendly people, I would recommend them to any one.

Everyone, from Eric to Kurt to Michael, was so helpful and patient throughout the leasing process.  My needs were met, and the results were far better than I had anticipated when I walked in.  
I am particularly grateful to Kurt who spent a lot of time with me, finding out my needs, my wants, and analyzing my resources to find a way to make things work.  I ended up leaving with a car that far exceeds anything I envisioned.

DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE!! Dropped my car off with a nail in the tire. Picked it up the next day and the tire light was still on. 
They took it back to service dept,  Told me that I had a cracked rim!!! What's even more disappointing is 2 years ago this same exact thing happened here and I paid $1600. To replace my rim.  THEY CRACKED MY RIM AND WOULD NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT!! I let it slide the first time... but the second time really ??? Am I Stupid??? Shame on you MBZ!!!!

We had a Great Experience. Sean was our salesman and he made sure we were happy and he worked very hard to meet our budget. Car is beautiful,rides Great,love the safety features. Thank you Sean Haifi for helping us and making our daughter very happy to make her dream lease come true. We appreciate how hard you worked and how you came in on your day off from work to make sure it all went well. We will be sure to recommend you to our friends and family if they need to lease or buy a Mercedes.
