Sevice department totally ripped me off took my car in hey told me I had a purged celanoid, a crack motor mount, and that I needed a tune up to see if the transmission was good. THey called me and told me to pick up my car cause it was ready and my transmission was checked and it was good and once i hit the fwy the car was exactly the same I don't think they test drive it and it was Possibly worse and I didn't even Didn't even make it back to the dealership I broke down on the fwy. After a $880 charge some covered by my warranty. They had me towed back and then they tell me the transmission is done and needs to be replaced after they told me it was good they now want to charge me $4300 to replace it. And $560 to take it down. To show my insurance so hey can cover $2000 of the total cost. I feel they are taking advantage of me cause I'm a woman I would never trust them. How in the world do u take ur GMC to a GMC dealership and they tell u ur tranny is good and then let u drive off in it and then they tell u it's done.

Couldn't have picked a better place to buy a car. The sales folks were very friendly and there to help you make a purchase, not to force you. The place was very neat and there is a small lounge with a kids area. The service staff were very knowledgeable and didn't try and push unnecessary services on you. Ask for Mr. Baker, the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with!

The service department here is consistently terrible. Poor communication, and they have tried to get me to replace parts that don't need to be replaced. Some of the staff have also been very rude. I wouldn't waste any of my hard earned money with these clowns.

Was treated professionally by all the staff at Allen Hyundai. Ended up with the vehicle I wanted as well. Would recommend to others in search of solid vehicles and good service.
