Joe Cram is such a great salesperson for Lexus. He knows the brand well. I’m a long time Lexus owner so it’s hard to impress me. But he sure did! . He’s fun to work with, and he made it a very quick and painless process to get in and out the door. I picked my car out online, applied online,  and then came to pickup and got to see Joe. Never saw the guy who sent me an email online initially, but that was irrelevant. Joe was such a great guy to work with! I’ll definitely be coming back to see him in August to buy my daughter her first car! He’s one of a kind! Ryan in finance was great as well. He made it quick and precise. No big sales pitch on products. He let me decide on my own and made it all happen. This is a great dealership that won’t let you down. There’s many Lexus dealers here in OC. But this location makes you feel right at home and treats you well. Thanks guys!

I had a great experience purchasing a Lexus from South County Lexus at Mission Viejo! Both pricing and service were excellent.  They had the exact car I was looking for and gave me a great deal for it. Joseph was straightforward and upfront about the prices, he was personable, not pushy, and very knowledgeable about the car.  He also went above and beyond to ensure we understood the features of the car before we left the dealership.  

Everyone at this dealership was friendly and helpful. It is clear that the team at South County Lexus prides themselves in taking care of their customers well, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Lexus!

I like service at south county Lexus at Mission Viejo. Andrew Jacobson services advisor is very nice and friendly. He helped to do good and fast. I recommend to do service at south county Lexus at Mission Viejo.

We had a great buying experience at South County Lexus with special thanks to our sales person, Twee. We bought a used  ES300h (hybrid) that was super clean for a very good price. I do my homework and looked at many. Most at this price point and milage were in rough shape or had a wreck reported. Not this one, clean carfax and spotless inside and out.  We love it. If you go in ask for Twee, yes its Twee. She was super to work with and made the process easy and painless for the whole family.
