Jeff Cunningham is a very knowledgeable salesperson. He was patient with us, gave us all the options and gave upfront pricing. Meet him if you want to buy a new Volvo. We are hoping to go to the dealership again and see if they can get us our dream car at the right price!

The Service Manager (Dan) always goes above and beyond our expectations in every service situation from regular maintenance to troubleshooting. The service we receive makes us almost feel as important as family . . . and we will likely be purchasing another Volvo in great part due to the post-sale relationship we have with the exceptional service operation at Volvo Cars Mission Viejo.

Avoid at all costs especially sales and finance manager Tony. The before service was great for the T8 hybrid. However it spent more time in the garage than at my home. Funny enough once the sale has been made you cannot hey hold of anyone to help return the car. 20 phone calls unanswered and 15 text messages not responded to. The service manager Dan was great, however this was a horrible experience that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Cars can have issues, that’s not a problem but this level of service was utterly disgusting and disrespectful. Please avoid this place unless you want similar stress levels!!

Volvo of Mission Viejo has very competitive pricing and exceptional customer service. Their website is very transparent in showing the discount available for each vehicle. Tony Garcia  was very honest, helpful and patient in showing us the cars in their lot and I never felt pressured during the negotiation process. Tyler LaVigne  was very knowledgeable in showing us and explaining the different features of the vehicle. Finance provided all the info we need regarding the cars warranties, payment terms, etc. Jill Holder made a follow-up to make sure that there were no issues during and after the buying process. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VOLVO OF MISSION VIEJO. The one and a half hour drive to their dealership was worth it .

Had a bad experience at the SantaAna dealership, went to Mission Viejo and had hands down the best car buying service ever...From the informative product info to low pressure sale, Chris made it awesome...
