The biggest problem I had was the lack of communication by the service department. The car was misfiring, I took the car there the first time, and the car was there from 8AM to 6PM, the dealership was not able to determine the problem, and did not contact me at all. I finally went to the dealer at 4:45PM to see what was going on with my car. This 'service' rep also told me he had called me 45 minutes earlier, which was a lie, he had called 2 hours earlier promising a quick call back. I understand that some issues take a while to diagnose, but the lack of communication from my service rep was inexcusable. The second time I took the car in for the same problem, I again dropped the car off at 8AM. The 'courtesy' shuttle FINALLY reappeared at 9:45AM to take me to work. (apparently another service rep sent the shuttle off without checking the waiting room for others who needed a ride). I called at 2PM, no response on the status of my car. I called again at 4PM. Finally talking to my service rep who told me that I was not being reasonable thinking that 8 hours was enough time and that he told me that the car would take a while (he lied again, he told me he let me know what was wrong as soon as possible. I was unable to plan for another ride, and had to rent a car at my own expense. No 'I'm sorry for not getting back to you' or 'I'm sorry, but this is a difficult problem to diagnose.' His attitude was that I was being unreasonable expecting ANY communication from him. Finally, at 5:30PM, 9 hours and 30 minutes after the car was left, my service rep Jeremy told me they would need the car another day, and nothing could be done for me. The next day, I called him at 2PM (having received NO call from him prior to that) and left a message asking what was going on with my car. Finally at 4PM, I called back, asking to speak to the service manager. Jeremy finally answered the phone telling me what was wrong with the car. It took 28 hours in your shop to determine what was wrong with my car. This leads me to believe one of two conclusions. Either 1. You do not know what you are doing, or 2. my car sat around while you were working on easier problems to fix, only looking at my car when I called to complain. Do not worry, I will never return.

Tom Pina in the Service Department assisted me right away with such kindness and patience. He assisted with certain parts that needed to be installed on my car and explained everything that I did not understand. It was such a great, smooth experience. Then I had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth in the rental car department. She was so sweet, patient and diligent in assisting me with the rental car process. I loved her energy, From the very first phone meeting I had with Ara in the sales department, I have been treated with nothing but the utmost respect, kindness and care. Everyone has been so wonderful to me and that is why I will continue to come to Allen Gwynn. This is my second vehicle from this dealership and I would not go anywhere else. Took my SUV in for a service and they gave it back to me with dents on the exterior and broken trims in the interior. Told Jimmy Bacon, co-owner, I will not take the vehicle back until they fixed what they did. Jimmy denied and said I did it and wasn't going to fix it, then walked away. Ridiculous. So I talked to Steve Bacon, co-owner. Steve asked me if it would make me happier if they addressed the issues to my vehicle. I replied yes. Steve replied he would get the matters resolved. Called back next business day. Steve Bacon told me he would ONLY pay for half the repairs! Taking this matter to court!

Amir and Artur were just amazing. They exceeded my expectations in my car buying experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car. Officially a Chevy convert!

I've had problems and called the General Manger to discuss. That was over 4 messages and 5 months ago. I NEVER received a call back. How does a General Manager NOT RESPOND to a problem that's consistently impacting a customer - a paying customer?? Additionally, I received a mailing offering to buy my car from Hossein Nadjar. I called and left 2 messages. That was back in February 2017. I never received a reply.
