We recently purchased our second Lincoln Navigator. The first one I bought new in June of 1999 and after 18 years and 100,000 miles of faithful service I decided to upgrade. During all that time we had our service done at Star Lincoln of Glendale. However, because the Navigator was so reliable it was only in the shop once for repair. It was a bad heater core and they fixed it perfectly the first time. As great a vehicle as the '99 Navigator was the new ones are amazing. The ride, handling, power, tech gadgetry, and quietness are all dramatically improved. So we sold old faithful and bought the new one. After the first week of owning the new Navigator the seat began to make a clicking sound that was absolutely driving me nuts. To top it off the problem was intermittent so I had my doubts that the technician at Star Lincoln would be able to find it. But when I took it in to the service department the technician knew immediately what was causing the sound and how to fix it. He ordered the part and once the part arrived it took half a day for him to complete the repair. The staff at Star Lincoln did a great job, they always treat me with a friendly respect. It has been weeks now, I am confident the noise is gone for good and I am highly satisfied with a job well done.

The absolute worst place manager Alex is very rude denied that they offered me a 5 day premiere business car rental while my 2015 ford van is being repaired due to a recall so now I'm out having to rent my own vehicle when Ford messes up and now I have to bring my van in every 30 k miles to replace this part furthermore the electrical wiring has a short causes problems with windows (won't roll up or down) on a 2015 van with 50 k miles the manager refuses to fix this and says " too bad it's not under warranty) how does a short in the wiring not get covered? A basically brand new vehicle and they won't warranty therir own vehicle that is well over 25 k when purchased (only had van 1 year) it's disgusting ! And ridiculous then when I asked the manager why would I be told I was entitled to a vehicle and why wouldn't Ford back up their vehicles he says" why does my wife not tell me what's for dinner" then hangs up on me mid sentence. These people do not deserve your business!

I wanted to leave a nice note about our experience with Moe, one of the salespeople. A few months back I was car shopping and he was very honest and helpful and you can tell he really cares about his job and his customers.

Randy is an awesome service advisor and the technician stayed extra to show me my strut leak. Awesome service! I'll definitely come back here.

I bought my 2006 hybrid Ford Escape from Star Ford & have used them exclusively for all my service from oil change to tires & cosmetic. Last month I had a catastrophic failure of the PTU, a major part of the 4WD transmission. The service department did everything possible to make this expensive & lengthy repair manageable for us. I will continue my loyalty to Star Ford & I'm grateful to have found them back in 2005 when I was hunting for my first (and so far only) new car!
