Worst dealership ever. Called for maintenance and recall program and the girl on the phone said that I need to wait a week to get a loaner. Ridiculous!!!!! Without loaner they can give me an appointment even next day.  Owner of this dealership is probably the cheapest guy ever. Trying to save everywhere!!!! Keys Mercedes Forever!!!

Arrived at the same time as one of their employees who proceeded to park his motorcycle in the reserved parking spot for disabled customers. After asking him to move it and him declining I spoke to the manager, who said he was unable to tell his employee to respect their disabled customers and move it. 

Even when I said I would be cancelling my test drive and calling the police they didn't move. So I left. 

These people don't respect their customers or laws. Find another dealership.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Horrible people from start to finish. I will be trading in my Mercedes soon at another dealership but never ever going to this place again. TRASH. You expect to have high class quality service but get lowest of the low customer service.

I bought my car and dealt with finance manager Ahmed Elkady who practiced predatory lending and harrassment. Andy Wilson, the previous GM was useless also, cannot do their job right for what they are probably paid.

Someone mentioned you have to look the part, meaning you have to look like you can afford to buy a Mercedes before they treat you with respect, and YES I CAN DEF AFFORD A MERCEDES but never buying from CALSTAR AGAIN!

Today, I encountered another arrogant employee Anton Vasyukevich who yelled at me and told me to get out of his office? WHAT? NEVER EVER HAD FROM A HIGH END CAR DEALERSHIP, only CALSTAR! And the GM Manny Martinez couldn't even have him apologize. SHAMEFUL PEOPLE TO BUY YOUR CARS FROM. Frankly they do discriminate, they only want to see people who look like they have money before they can respect you.

WILL BE COMPLAINING TO MERCEDES HQ, BBB, and whoever can reprimand these people since the GM couldn't do anything. They look at you judgingly too if you complain trying to justify that their actions were right. HAH! Apparently I'm not alone in my sentiments. Goodluck in keeping this dealership open with the amount of poor customer service issues they have.

Perfect Stress-Free car buying experience, plus a special touch added by Hamlet, the knowledgeable and professional sales consultant:  They had the exact car I wanted, gave me a fair price, and had the car ready for my wife's Christmas/Birthday gift. ADDITIONALLY, Hamlet was kind and clever enough to help me surprise my wife with a gift wrapped SL550.
Thank you for everything CALSTAR.  I definitely recommend this dealership.  (Fancy coffee machine in lobby is a plus...)
