Not a good shop unless you come prepared with exactly what you need. Do your pricing before you come. They do acceptable work, but are substantially more expensive than other nearby Mazda dealers. They will piecemeal charge you for everything rather than charge for the standard service rate, e.g. charge for each of the 30 k service items rather than net service itself.

I have only gone here once to take care of a factory recall repair but the service was excellent. They explained the work needed and answered all my questions. The online reservation system needs work. If you make a reservation confirm by phone as i got emails with wrong day.

Bait & Switch! The service mgr Roy Wells sounded friendly over the phone quoting $270 with 20% discount for labor to install 2 struts. When I arrived, he changed $270 for 2 struts to $200 for installing 1 strut totaling $400 for 2 struts. That is cheating. He said, "Star Mazda makes money from service, NOT from car sales." That is a pathetic lie! He wasted my time answering 6 phone calls while talking to me and said, "I HAVE to answer calls, because customers don't want to wait." So did I. His Hispanic serviceman Roger acted EXTREMELY rude and hostile. STRONGLY NOT recommend this place.

My complaint is against the Financial Manager Steven. He is rude, talks back constantly, always has an excuse and is just down-right arrogant. I have never in my life experienced such terrible customer service. We have had dealings with him twice over and since the purchase of our car and both times he was just downright horrid. Minus the lack of apologies for their coworker, the rest of the staff are easy and lovely to deal with. The salesman Greg, especially, is a joy. Shame that one bad apple poisons the whole pie! Buy your car somewhere else!

Absolutely such a delight with these people. John was my sales rep. Use him he's honest and real. I can see why everyone here is honest and genuine. The sales manger Steve is a real gem. I bought a brand new Mazda 3. So happy
