Glendale Jeep is now my closest dealer and twice in the last 30 days i have had issues with my Jeep that needed dealing with. both times they fit me into their schedule in a timely manner and had me in and out quickly. Robert Billig in particular is outstanding. You never want a car problem but if and when i do, this is the place i am going

I bought my car here. And since it is under warranty this is where I go for service. Service department is very friendly but it is not easy to get through to them. It typically takes me four attempts. Also it is not easy to get an immediate appointment. You really need to make an appointment a week or two out. Shuttle service is available while your car is being repaired. However it does not run all day, stops before the place closes. Out of all the times I've been there I've really only been able to utilize it three times. I would buy a car from them again because on the whole the service has been good with friendly reminders for service, Etc.

They take good care of my car sounds brand new every time omg provide me with a rental if its an over night stay and Marvin is the best.

I will be bluntly honest – I prefer going to the dentist than shopping for a new vehicle. With so many choices of makes, models, trims, features and other add on’s, purchasing a vehicle is not something I personally look forward to. I did my research, I went to a couple of dealerships, and ended up buying a vehicle from the Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep dealership in Glendale. One of the biggest decision to get a vehicle from there is the Sales Manager – Al. I have followed Al through 3 different dealerships in the greater LA area and including my Sunday purchase I have bought and leased a total of 3 vehicles from him. When I first met Al 3 years ago he told me he will take care of me and that’s what he did and I have so far held up to this confidence that Al will make sure that I am happy. When I went to the Glendale dealership on Saturday, Al assigned the incredibly sweet Jerry to help me and my family. At no point I felt I was getting pushed to buy a car or get features that I don’t need and won’t use. I asked Al and Jerry to get me a car that drives smooth, has back up camera, 7 passenger seating, it IS NOT a minivan, looks good and does not exceed the $29000 price range I had in mind. Oh yes…and the color…once I got the car that we wanted it was the wrong color for me. I wanted the vehicle in white so Al did his magic and had a vehicle delivered from another place. I was incredibly happy that he was able to find the same exact vehicle in white. This is true customer service. When it is time for my next car purchase or lease I will be going back to Al again. I am strongly recommending the Glendale Chrysler dealership because they will respect you and take care of you.

New managment, new breed, new expectations met with superior service. I have been taking my car for service for the past several years under different management. The service today had a twist. Unexpected attention to me and the work needed to be done. This was welcome news since I did not buy my car from here. But nonetheless the staff and service stood out. Hence my review here.
