When I arrived, they were backed up & very busy. However, they gave priority to those of us with appointments (advise making an appointment vs dropping in). My cell phone battery had died and JB (one of the service techs offered his own cell charger to charge my phone while I waited and they worked on my car. Also, the shuttle drivers were very polite and happy to take me to Porto's for a nice bite to eat and then pick me back up when my car was ready. Everyone was very friendly & helpful & I trust my car is now good to go until next service. I'll be back!

I removed two stars because Service manager Jimmy Cote was let go. He was one of the best service people who knew what he was doing. He treats you like his uncle and does good follow up and explanation. I was surprised by the new people I see. I was standing by my car and nobody seems to notice me for 10 minutes. Looks like this company just pluck people from anywhere and replaced experienced personnel.

I can't speak highly enough of my WONDERFUL experience here at Toyota of Glendale. I came here with my mom to roll her out of her existing lease into a new lease and the experience was 5 star from start to finish. My sales person Angel was the kindest, most straightforward, helpful, patient and easy to work with sales person I've ever dealt with. He made us feel comfortable and reassured us that we would be given the best possible pricing and he delivered on that promise! My mom got a beautiful white 2017 Camry and couldn't be any happier with the process either. Usually car shopping is dreadful but Toyota of Glendale really left a positive impression on us. We also had the fortune of meeting and working with the Sales Manager, Tony. He was a terrific guy and went above and beyond to ensure that we left happy and with exactly what my mom wanted at the right price! Even the finance manager, Peter, was a delight to work with. I would recommend ANYONE of my family, friends, neighbors, coworkers or fellow yelpers to at least stop by, see Angel, meet Tony and let them prove to you how great they are! I am truly grateful and so is my mom. Thank you Toyota of Glendale!

Read all the fine print of your lease agreement, if you return the vehicle and do not purchase from them, they will charge you 350.00 to dispose your vehicle, also any minor wear and tear, will be charge no matter what. got a bill for 650.00 and the vehicle had a minor dent less than the size of a credit card. Basically at the end of the lease, buy your lease or lease another vehicle from them, so that they will waived the 350 disposition fee. No salesman explained that to me. , of course I believe there is nothing free, they will probably hide the fee somewhere into your new contract., but at lease you have the idea that you did not pay. They have a terrible bad practice of getting everything fast, to confuse you, be careful

I'm a Toyota owner since January, 2000. Since then I owned 5 different Models of Toyota. I do maintenance only with Toyota of Glendale. Last time I visit Toyota of Glendale on September 12, 2014. The representative of Toyota of Glendale Service Department was George Huerta. He was professional, courteous, and he had positive energy. I would definitely recommend George Huerta to my family and friends.
