Long overdue but I must say I've had nothing but the best customer service I've ever had! From the moment I called to inform them that I was on my way! I believe I spoke with receptionists Ariana and Nelly who were super kind and helpful both over the phone and as the "Director(s) of First Impressions" (Now I see why! lovely ladies!) to my sales associate Marco who was very knowledgeable and professional! They all made my experience hassle free and enjoyable. I cannot recommend them enough. I'm a lifelong customer & I always look forward to visiting them when I go in for service!

My wife and I made an appointment to come in. We worked with Marco who was very helpful and friendly. He made the whole buying experience very pleasant. Also, Kenny, who helped us with the financing portion of the buying process, was very delightful. We had our 2 month old son with us so they were very helpful to try to get us in and out as quickly as possible. Marco even emailed me to wish me a happy birthday a couple days later and to see if everything was good. We were very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend Marco and Kenny from Glendale Infiniti.

Started the deal with Raymond Loza. He emailed me some prices for the Q50 and did not pressure me to make a decision that day. I contacted him a few days later and Raymond was able to get us in touch with Marco. Marco took us on a test drive and was more than helpful explaining all the things the car came with. There was no pressure to purchase. We did end up making a deal for the car. If we are in the market for another car, I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this place.

I got another Infiniti from Roger at Glendale Infiniti. Love this brand and love Roger. He makes everything so easy. The color, options, and payment detail all done an hour. He is very professional and has your best in his heart. Will recommend Roger to all my friends and family.

Glendale Infiniti is a great dealership and Bryan Barrera has been my sales representative since 2016. Every time I come to the dealership he always makes it a point to assist me in any way possible. His professionalism and attentiveness is excellent and superior. I highly recommend him to be you sales rep because he will make sure your taken care each and every time you come to the dealership. Keep being awesome Bryan, you deserve endless accolades.
