Love getting my oil changed here and they rotate my tires for no extra charge. Get her as early as possible to get done faster. They have a shuttle bus to take you home or work if you need it. I usually wait...they have a coffee bar in the waiting room and a little sanwitch shop in the parking lot.

I brought my 2016 Volt in for simple, routine factory warranty service. As always at American Chevrolet I was treated with the utmost courtesy, consideration & friendliness. I appreciate that American Chevrolet tries to always set up appointments with the same service advisor. Eric Bledsoe is always great about making sure everything is taken care of. He informed me of a recall on the vehicle which he took care of as well. There is no reason to even think about going anywhere else; I am a customer for life. Thanks!

From the first contact with Ronnie to negotiating the deal with Mike to signing papers with Brian the experience was so smooth and easy.  I felt like I was dealing with my friends.  Ronnie showed us how everything worked.  And Mike really helped us and made us feel like there was no pressure making our deal.  We wouldn't hesitate to recommend American Chevrolet to our friends.  And besides, we love our car.

Great Experience at American Chevrolet. The sales people really know what they are talking about when it comes to the internals of the car.  The guy who helped me out, John Pacheco, wasn't pushy on the sale, wasn't aggressive, and he paid attention to what we all had to say. ( there were about 6 of us buying 1 car). He is a great sales rep. and will help you out with whatever you need, even the price of the car.

I love the customer service at this dealership... whether you're buying a car or doing your maintenance on your vehicle it's always a great experience everyone is so friendly so helpful and in the extremely rare case something goes wrong they are always there to make it right and I appreciate that no questions asked customer service! I recommend them to everyone and will continue to be a Chevy owner  and service all my vehicles at this dealership!  They are the only ones I trust with my vehicles!
