My family went to Mistlin Honda in Modesto to buy a car and they get very disrespected by Sami Merza. While they were taking their time to decide what they want. He told them why are they taking so long and they will not afford it. He was very rude and person like him shouldn't be working where he can't control his anger. He needs to get fired. You don't disrespect older people. This was my second time and the customer service haven't changed a bit. I will make sure my family and my friend don't go to this location because of Sami and his rude behavior towards elder people.

Will never buy from this place. My husband and I went several weeks ago to ask about purchasing a new car. It was pretty empty, an employee approached us, turns out that he could not be bothered with our questions. 

He was rude and down talked to us. Since we didn't go in to buy immediately, he did not care to talk to us. 

He did not want to answer our questions about financing options because he claims that his manager would be mad if he spent time with us without closing a sale. I'm sorry, but i cannot agree to purchase something when the employee won't even tell me what I'm getting into beforehand.

Then, he just walked away from us to go stand in front of the building. We didn't even realize that he was done with us. He approached us with a bad attitude and left with a bad attitude. No, thank you.

Decided to trade in my Chrysler 200 and go for a Honda civic after much research. I am a first time Honda customer and can say that the service and salesmanship I received here was honest and top notch. My salesman Esteban was up front with me and suggested i sell my car to Carmax because I my trade in offer was higher over there, which I ended up doing. He didn't pressure me into doing the deal right then and there and was very approachable. This, combined with the huge selection of vehicles the have in all colors and trims is why I, in the end, purchased a Honda Civic a couple days later. Esteban is an honest salesman and truly did care about me getting a great car while also getting the most for my trade in. 

The second salesman that I worked with, Norberto, was also great. I showed up at about 7:30 the night I bought the car and he helped me track down the right trim and color that I wanted out in the back lot. The financial guy (Michael) and Norberto stayed LATE 9:30pm to get me out that night with my new car. This was only the second time I have purchased a brand new car from a dealer and this was many times better than what I had experienced with my Chrysler. Since it was so late there was of course no time to have it detailed or cleaned so they offered me to come back on the weekend and they'd have that all detailed and also another tank of gas. 

Great customer service and honest salesman. Very happy on my purchase not only for the beautiful and GOOD car but also the honesty. Please don't shy away from that because other dealerships (Mazda....) seem to really prey on rushing you and pushing you into making split second decisions.

I am so disappointed at Honda dealership coustomer service. This is the second time they have done that to us. They don't treat people like
People. It's so sad knowing that there are people still exist  like them. I was at the Honda dealership location in Modesto. I was looking to buy a car today the coustomer service representive Sammi Merza was extremely rude and made me sick. How can you be so rude to people? Well thank you Sammi I just wanna let you know because of your rudeness we went to toyotta and bought us a brand new car.  According to the Toyotta's staff we were the 7th coustomer In a row who were very disappointed by Honda's coustomer service and decided to buy the car from Toyotta.  My family and my friends will not be coming to this location.
