The quality of American Freights furniture is really great for their prices. I have gotten a couch and 2 sets of mattresses in the past 2 years and have been completely happy with the purchases. I have always enjoyed tge sales team as well. I really love the fact these gentlemen are sincere and so helpful to eachother and customers!

Beware.... junk.. bought my bedroom set on clearance but the dresser was a brand new one.. was in process of moving so it took me a couple weeks to unpack it and drawer was split in half on the inside. would NOT GIVE ME A NEW DRAWER. Will NEVER shop here again. Value city is better

For starters I went to this location for their advertised $49 twin mattress. The price is actually $98 because they sell them in sets and do not piece them out. I bit the bullet and bought it anyway. When we arrived.home we were disgusted when cockroaches came out of the box spring. We promptly threw it away as we did not even need the box spring. We were happy with the spring mattress so it was not a total loss I thought, until the next morning. My son woke up with red welts all over his body. We quickly rushed him to the doctor who informed us that these were bed bugs bites and that my son was allergic. We immediately called American freight and spoke to the manager Richard. He told us that there's no way the bugs came from them and insinuated that we must be dirty people. He refused to give us a refund claiming the bugs were not from the mattress. We have lived in this house for 13 years and never had bed bugs or roaches. Richard stated he had other people to help and then HUNG UP ON ME. When I showed up in person he refused to see us and stated we were no longer welcome and we had to leave. This place is awful. They have bugs and refuse to make it right. All we wanted was a refund but now my attorney and I are looking for a lot more. He made us feel like liars and criminals. Avoid this place at all costs!

Omg, this was the most horrible furniture shopping experience ever. We went to the location on Muhlhauser to get my college student son some inexpensive furniture for his first apartment. The price advertised for a living room set is non existing, except for some disgusting looking gold couch way in the back. We didn't receive any help from anyone after we asked for the advertised special. 300 truck loads of furniture, what a joke. Do not go to this place unless you're planning to spend a lot more for your furniture!

Great deals on sets Horrible delivery I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AS LONG AS YOU PLAN TO TRANSPORT YOUR OWN FURNITURE.
