Josh was our sales person. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. We got a little better deal than we were searching for. I love the fact that this is a family owned business. 
I have bought a mattress from Mattress Firm in the past as less than impressed. Come to find out they are foreign owned. 
I will be back for my next purchase.

Went into the store and Josh was just awesome ....I found what I needed and everything went great......It's just great knowing that we were dealing with someone who cares......you don't find that to often .....Thanks again Josh!!!

I did NOT have a good experience with this company.....and it is still ongoing. I bought a mattress from them on 11/4 with scheduled delivery for 11/12 with a 3 hour window between 9-12. They did not show up and it was rescheduled for 11/17, again they did not show up. I bought a mattress because my wife was having back pain and this would help. After talking to a manager, they scheduled my delivery for 11/19, I called on morning of 11/18 and confirmed delivery was scheduled for tomorrow. After taking work from home on all 3 of those days, low and behold they do not show up again because the "mattress was out of stock and they didn't know until the day of." So then they scheduled delivery for 11/23 and gave me the same mattress in a smaller size to use in the mean time (that was nice of them, and they delivered it the day they said they would ). 

I called on the 23rd after they again missed the 3 hour delivery window and they said they forgot to put the delivery in the system and would not be able to deliver until 11/29. I cancelled my order and was told in order to get a refund, all that would need to be done is they pick up their smaller matress they gave me. Pick-up was scheduled for today, 11/29 between 9-12 am and hey guess what?!?!?! They did not show up. I called my credit card company and disputed the charge and bought a more comfortable mattress for a better price from Mattress Firm on route 59.

Was are first stop to look at a new mattress. Everything was going good until we mentioned that we want to check a couple of other stores. That's when the sales person got defensive and five minutes later I was getting mad and we left. We end up with a sleep numbers bed for about $300 more and a 25 year warranty vs the 10 year warranty.
