Had been shopping around for a new mattress and the salesman Carlos Cardona was able to help us find the right mattress within our budget. He was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him as he was not pushy like other salesmen. He gave us space and didn't make us feel pressured. We went in not wanting to make a purchase and just browse, since we wanted to keep the other places we had already visited in mind and compare, however Carlos and the manager gave us a pretty good deal we couldn't pass up. Thanks guys!

Soooo disappointing! Ordered a whole living room set in beginning on March, got half 2 days later and had to wait a month for the other half to be available. Then I get a call saying it will be 10 more days. Finally get that delivery and now they messed up by not having the fireplace put together by a tech. Now they took my fireplace back and have to deliver again, which I picked this upcoming Tuesday. Get a call yesterday saying it wasn't available and I have to set up a date.. are you kidding me!! This is terrible... will NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN!

We have now purchased two couches and two mattresses from The Room Place and are happy with all four. Our recent purchase at the Aurora location was for a king size mattress. Phil, the sales manager, was there to answer all of our questions and guide us towards products he we might light, but he didn't push anything on us and he gave us plenty of space to try out mattresses and talk amongst ourselves. Once we settled on one we liked, he ran through the pricing and promotions with us and we had our new mattress delivered the next day! All in all a quick, no-pressure shopping experience.
