They close at 8 pm on a Wednesday just weeks before Christmas!  Even worst was the treatment we received,  employees passed us a few times in our 15 minutes there, BUT not one bothered to mention the fact they closed shortly, nor did one say anything about it when we walked in. No one approached us until they "close in one minute" we were rudely informed,  then when I asked why hadn't we heard about them closing at the time she says, well it's written on the door! I don't know how many people go into a store at 7:45 and worry about the store closing time. We will just shop local I suppose.

Had a return with a receipt and it got credited to the credit card. Only problem was it was a gift and it wasn’t my card. When I told the clerk that, she told me I should have told her earlier and it was too late now. Now I have to get ahold of the credit card holder to get my money. I won’t be going back there.

You would think if they changed the time of opening that they would update the website, and Google search don't value the customers

Don't go by the Google map directions it will take you to the closed location even though the address is correct in the information. It was definitely worth my drive from Geneva this staff is a go above and beyond kind of team especially the store manager she truly cares for the customer. I was unhappy when I went in and left very happy. Don't recommended the Batavia store at all they don't care about anything.

This location address is wrong on here it is in the Naper west plaza shopping complex at the corner of Aurora Ave and 59 across from Fox Valley mall in with Burlington, Joann Fabric, Ross and right next to the dollar tree. GOOGLE HAS THE MAP WRONG AND COMPLEX so when you click on it,it will take you to the old location.
