We recently went searching for new furniture for our family room.  We were greeted at the door, but were then allowed to look around at our leisure.  When we were ready, Kimberly assisted to help us get all the pieces we were looking for.  She had a very honest approach with the sets we had narrowed our choices down to and helped us pick the one that made the most sense for our needs.  She processed our order quickly and made everything easy.  We would recommend Kimberly at the Naperville location if you are in the market for new furniture.

We had a wonderful experience buying two rooms of furniture from Art Van. Allison was invaluable in helping us find fabulous pieces and fabrics that look beautiful together. She worked with our room layouts to fit our spaces perfectly. The people who delivered our furniture were courteous, quick and pleasant. We did find a small crack in one piece and Art Van called the same day to schedule delivery of a replacement. While the delivery took a bit of time, it was worth the wait. We love all the furniture we ordered!

Can’t wait to sleep on the floor again tonight. After selling our bedroom set the night before delivery, Van Art dropped off the furniture and noticed no hardware. So I called customer service and they said it would be a few days, but the store would call me ASAP. After waiting 6 hours, I went into the store. They said they could get a new bed quick. Day later they called and said no they couldn’t for 4-6 weeks. So they asked me to come into see if we liked anything else. But no, so I wanted a refund. The manger then said another store had a floor model we could buy. I said I would call the next morning. I called and said we would take it. Next day they called and said it was now sold. Wow. Finally called them again as they said they had one more being delivered in early March. I said if the could give us another 25-30% discount on it since all the trouble this purchase has been, and us having to wait another 2 weeks for delivery. They said it was out of the question. So was our experience with you. Told them to just give us a refund. We also purchased a custom couch from them...who knows if we will ever get that. Will never shop with them again and they discount will cost you having me telling everyone about my experience here and losing a customer that originally spent over $2,000 with you. The only bright side was a manger named Jeremy. Seemed to be the only person who genuinely cared about our situation.

We went to 4 other furniture stores that day. Selection was the best here  and we found the wall unit in the length  we wanted and were able to customize the shelving units, which none of the other stores even offered.  We were very happy with the price and our salesman Joe L was very helpful  and  explained the delivery and warrantee details. Would definitely go back.

Our designer Amed was excellent. He spent most of the day helping us furnish a new place for my Mom and we added a few pieces for our home too.  This was our second time purchasing at Art Van and will return for future purchases. The furniture is high quality at reasonable prices.
