I've been a Sprint customer for 19 years, and this experience might be the straw that breaks the camel's back. Call rep was very short and rude to me while I was trying to find out my phone isn't compatible with Sprint. A simple Google search explained it was the international version was why.

Overall nice people and friendly service. I felt that I was at least out in queue right away. It can get crowded though so heads up. Also this is a full service store so it includes repairs and such.

Terrible experience at this store. The customer service is lousy with an even worse manager. Prepare to wait over 45 minutes and have the employees be on their phones while "helping" you. Avoid this store.

Went in to fix my cracked screen. Even though i walked in with a perfectly fictional phone they give me a broken damaged beyond repair device. Then tell me, "File a claim, here's the number & how to do it. i do apologize the man you spoke with is new he doesn't really know the policy" How does that work!? & exactly why do i care that they didn't train their employees correctly!? Horrible service!
