Very disappointed with this station. I took the train for the first time just last night and when I went to park my car I saw no other parking options than the short term parking right next to the building. I couldn't miss my train so I had park there. Come to find later when I go on the website and try to call to find out where the long term parking even is, I can't find the information anywhere. I had to end up looking at the satellite view of the station on google to finally see the parking lot, three streets away. If you're going to offer free long term parking, at least have some signs directing people to it. The only sign that said anything about parking directed you to the short term lot and didn't even identify it as short term. It's ridiculous that I couldn't even reach anyone to ask about it as well. Poor costumer service.

BEWARE: There is a strange man who solicits his services on this property like every day and the staff at this location don't seem to care about stopping him. We tried to call and make a complaint but they never answer their phone. The man is in an older white colored Astro type van and it looks like some sort of for-hire transport vehicle with a light on it. He always follows my wife every time she gets off the train and bothers her about taking a ride with him. If she doesn't take a ride with him it gets him very upset and hostile and he starts yelling and screaming at her and whoever picks her up. He accuses her of using illegal taxis or Uber's and it's becoming a nuisance and it's very disturbing. This train station should trespass this man and not allow him to bother people who aren't interested in using his unappealing and strange looking service. The man also have other men in his van sometimes and it's very odd that he would have other people in his car. Aren't cabs offered as private services? Nobody should use his services in my opinion and the station really shouldn't let him sit their all day or even at all. He scares people and yells and gets really hostile and seems dangerous. Nobody should be threatened or followed if they don't want to use his vehicle to get home or to anywhere. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT HIM OR WE MAY NOT USE THIS TRAIN SERVICE AGAIN. WE ARE REALLY FED UP. The plate is DB 74630 and if he wasn't on the private property then we would try to have him stopped and investigated.

This station is a climate controlled place to wait for the train. There's the Gandy Dancer next door and a restaurant across the street if you want coffee or a snack. I am happy that I can buy a ticket and use the bathroom here. I only gave 4 stars because the seats look nasty, especially the cloth seats, and that is a big pet peeve for me.

Horrible staff, these two continuously tried to make these colleges kids buy tickets again for a buses and trains.  Kids should be disrespected or bullied into purchasing tickets or leaving without no way to get where they are going.  They do not be working for transportation or in customer service. On Fri. Oct 20 from 2pm til 530pm.. Just horrible....
