I am a handicap individual and the service was excellent. From the phone calls to get information and from the customer service at the station to the bus driver , the trip was very good . I was a lil nervous about taking public transportation due to my circumstance about being handicap, using a walker and it was a challenge for me, but the service that I received made my trip more than just comfortable. Thank You, to all the individuals who assisted.

Was supposed to leave Ann Arbor on a Friday at 4:45pm and arrive at 8:20pm. Left A2 after 6 and didnt get to Chicago until 11:20pm The driver had the ac crancked so high it was extremly uncomfortable. Then once we got into Chicago she circled the damn station 3 times. Horrible experience. And I'm exausted.

It is quite remarkable the lack of care that Amtrak and Greyhound are able to ingraine in each and every employee. I can't really blame the employees however as it seems poor corporate policies are to blame.

I have ridden the greyhound many times from Ann Arbor to Chicago and from Detroit to Toronto. The customer service is really terrible. The bus arrives a hour late or more some trips with no apologies and stops every 5 min (ok slight exaggeration). This would be ok with the prices were dramatically lower than the megabus or Amtrak, but they are not. You can almost guarantee you will arrive wherever you are going late. The drivers need to let passengers know that if this stop is not your final destination and it's not a designated rest stop, everyone should stay on; the process would be much smoother
