Edit since new owners and re opening.. the new staff is great and the food is yummy!! The atmosphere is much better now!!

Good atmosphere but it is obvious that management needs to work on scheduling enough help. It is worth it to drive further down 41 to go to the Acworth location.. the food and wait is better.

Came in for lunch, and was extremely satisfied! Even though they were busy, the food came out quickly, and was delicious. My waitress, Rebekah, was very attentive, and made sure I was happy with my meal. I will be returning soon!

Amazing experience at the Cartersville mellow mushroom! We were so disappointed because our favorite dessert was off the menu...the new owner happily offered to make it for us anyway! Great service, great food!

I was excited to visit after new management took over. Under the old management this place was 1 star everyday. Honestly I wasn’t impressed with the new system. Our beer was wrong, the sauce on the mushroom pizza tasted funny (like bad), the appetizer spinach dip came with 7 pieces of bread and our poor waitress was overwhelmed so we didn’t get to ask for more. It appeared that the kitchen runners didn’t know tables, or table numbers are not used as they wandered around an area asking tables if the plate they were holding belonged to the table.

The worst part of the experience though was the side room they opened up to accommodate more people. It was so LOUD in there because there is no sound deadening materials. Consequently it is also the room where they sit larger parties in the center so it got REALLY LOUD. 

We will be back, it will just be awhile to let them get things straight.

Came here for a family pizza night and semi-celebration! Amazing service.  Was so sad that it closed right after, but so happy it reopened just recently!
