Got here at 11. 10 minutes early for my appt. guy said he checked us in but never did.
20 minutes pass before I find out.

Lady checks me in and marks me priority. Another 20 minutes and 20 people have been helped before I'm told that not all their techs work on macs. Most of them only do iPhones and iPads so I have to wait for a Mac tech to become available.

Been here an hour now and I'm STILL waiting to be helped.
