We enjoy this store and visit every time there is one in the mall where we are, whether in Cali or other states.  The staff has been helpful, polite and pleasant.  The items I have purchased from Brookstone have been good quality.  Thanks.

The chair said that you can sit on it, and as soon as I sat on it, they said I had to get off.They said,"Someone got hurt on the chair at one of our other stores. By the way I 13 years old, I'm a teen .

This place is like a big "meh."  They typically sell products that are more "modern" and "unique," but they tend to kind of be wastes of money.  It's like how many weird backscratchers or remote controlled foot massagers.  I typically only come here for Christmas gifts.  The staff were unhelpful and took a long time to process a refund.  Definitely pay attention to your receipts and double check you get your discounts, as I've had issues with that at this location.

This store is soooo inefficient when it comes to online returns. I waited over 20 mins for the Sales Associate to call customer service to verify the amount, Card used, etc. This is the 21st century! How do your shipping receipts not verify that? I was a first a time customer and now last!

This store has everything that you didnt know you wanted. Cany got to Victoria Gardens with out popping in.
