I was skipped 3x by their workers. I just needed to order a new phone but they gave me no customer service whatsoever.
And when I asked if I could be helped, they told me to “wait my turn”.
I work in customer service so I understand when they are busy, but one of the workers was just standing there on his own phone. I’m deeply disappointed.

Really reconsidering what type of company T-Mobile is. 

Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

I was assisted by Rebecca. She was so helpful and guided me through my options. She didn't make me feel like I had to buy what ever she was selling. I love her bubbly personality. Great service!

So I had an issue at another location recently, figured I'd try my luck at the Victoria Gardena one. Thanks to Karla Alvarez, for actually listening and helping me out! Anyone and everyone should definitely ask for her when they get there! Super awesomene!
