For those that would not like to read this entire complaint, I’ll summarize this for you; very poor service and I ALMOST got ripped off! Though I won’t stop you from reading my very long complaints. There are several issues I’ve came upon regarding this store. I went to get a battery change for my IPhone 6s along with a couple of other devices for my family here earlier today. I was told it would be done within 3-4 hours. I came back 6-7 hours after the mall and they were still not finished. There were employees lingering around doing nothing, I even saw one playing on a gaming console? When I received my IPhone 6s afterwards they were done without any regards of ANYTHING WRONG with my phone, I attempted to turn on my phone and found it wouldn’t turn on at all! I asked about it and they told me that an employee that was working on it had dropped it in the back. And mind that they ONLY told me this after I confronted them about this, if I had walked out of there without checking my phone I would’ve been left with a dud. *Edit* I did get a brand new phone to replace my phone. Definitely never going to come back here, I highly do not recommend this place.

Do not buy Apple. If you're on the fence about their products, my experience is a tale of "what not to do" when it comes to customer support! 1. Paid 1k for new phone, which is a lemon after three software updates that don't fix the problem. 2. Sent phone to Apple to fix. 3. One week later told your replacement part is on way. Receive a lightning charger..."what?!?! I sent you a phone and I get a charger?? 2. Call back..email saying your replacement is part is on its way...receive a tshirt and water bottle...what??!! I sent you a phone!! returned. 3. Call back and get email your replacement part is on its way....its a case cover...not the phone! 4. Call back and get told phone is being sent ;(but it wasn't) 5 call back to find out its "in the shop" 6. Me: "ask for an extended warranty for phone for the time it's been in the shop (note, I don't ask for new phone, I don't ask for better phone, I just want the warranty to be extended for the amount of time the Lemon's been in their shop)." Apple: "No" Not only that, but the NEW parts only have a 90 day warranty!! What kind of scam is Apple running?? Miss the days when Bill Gates ran the company Oh...still don't have the phone!!

This is store is nice and all of the staff are generally very friendly. I have visited this store many times, and as many other apple stores, it is always busy! To get an appointment here is hard specially on short notice. I use my Mac book pro for work, so when something unexpected happens, it’s hard to use this store close to home. For that type of instances it’s a lot easier to get an appointment for the Genius Bar at the store in Temecula, it’s a bit of a drive but short notice appointments are more likely to be available. Don’t try to call this place, who ever answers the phone (if they answer it) are typically rude. Aside that they have a good variety of products and in stock! Have fun shopping!

Apple store is very busy. Customer service is good when you get it. Everything Apple has to offer is here. Parking is very difficult to get near the Apple store. If your handicap its very far from the store. Most of the hole area around the Apple store is none smoking area, and thats a plus. Starbucks coffee is almost next door to the Apple Store and that's a plus two.

I am absolutely amazed by the service provided to me. To start off, I called to schedule an appointment and they were very nice. When I went to this apple store I was helped by Bayron. All I can say is he is extremely talented, polite, and enthusiastic! I really do not understand the bad reviews. He was able to fix my phone and I am very satisfied with my experience at this apple store. 😊
