Sales team is not honest to hear. I was promised credits and received nothing. I was also being told, that I had to pay a 75 dollar activation fee up front. Sounded like a fake fee, so I left. Called at&t and it's 25 not 75. I went online and bought it directly from Samsung's website. Don't waste your time here.

Do not buy from this store! Bunch of liars and play dumb when hard questions are asked about your account. Double check everything before you sign and walkout with a phone or service. Whatever you do, do not let them put you on a business account because that is what they're pushing for some reason. Pay the regular activation fee and get put on a regular consumer account, save yourself the headache.

Great customer service when I bought my last phone but when I went in today to upgrade the girl who "helped" me sighed after every question and didn't have really have the answers to many of the questions. She even stated at one point that she didn't really know what information I wanted (even though I was asking her specific questions). Will not be back especially after seeing the other reviews.

Horrible customer service. Employee didn't seem to care about helping out, didn't bother understanding the situation with my issue and just sent me to kiosk. I went to another store nearby and they were professional, plus they answered my questions and took time to explain what's going on.

I have used AT&T for years. I was at this store last month to upgrade my phone. I got the Edge not cheap but I do like the phone. Sales I am now finding out did a great job in not disclosing additional fees I now have to pay. See because I upgraded I got two I-pads for 99 cents each. Cool right? Just now finding out I am being charged 45.oo for each pad to activate. Plus 10.oo dollars a month for each tablet added to my bill. Calling customer service to complain and they were not surprised I was never told. I am so discussed. I can't use two I pads my 6 year old grandchild won't take it because it isn't "good" enough. I should have known better. I called the store to talk to management and was put on hold. No one ever came back to the phone. They have great customer NO Service.
