My Apple iPhone 7 Plus died yesterday on roll out day for the iPhone 8. Needless to say I did not have an appointment and when I checked on line and via Apple Care there was no way I could be see at the Willowbrook store or any other store in the Houston area. Well I finally got a hold of someone at the Apple Store in Willowbrook Mall. I was told to come in later in the evening and they would do what they could to help me. I have not mentioned that I use my phone for work and have to be able to take work calls 24/7. When I arrived one of the Managers, Brian, logged me in, got a handle on my situation, and asked me to be patient, but insured me that they would do everything they could to take care of my problem. 40 minutes of waiting and people watching in the Apple Store and BAM!!! I get my Technical expert Larry, and he jumps right in to diagnosing my issues and replaced my phone after figuring out my original iPhone 7 Plus was truly DEAD. These guys were nothing short of AWESOME!!! Highly recommend this place for Apple Care and Apple Products!!! Excellent work Brian and Larry!!!

Apple is awesome. Leigh/Leah, is an angel who made this cold hearted person cry. My house flooded, like good bye everything on the first floor. I've had countless handouts and assistance from friends, family, neighbors, strangers. But the Apple Store is what finally made me shed tears. The fixes my phone issue, cut through inner red tape, and then covered the bill. Even apple the company my husband complains about, came through for this community! Apple used since I was a child playing the Sims in 1995, apple user until I'm gone or they quit.

I went to this apple store to get the phone diagnosed. I gave the phone to the representative and he tried to force restart it. But it didn't work. He went backside of the store to try to force the phone into dfu mode using the software they got.The representative said the phone doesn't get connected and he said your next option would be to get it replaced for 299$. I connected the phone to his laptop and he tried to restore the phone which didn't work. He started telling me all kinds of excuses saying it might something wrong with the hardware and then he did the hardware diagnostic test and the iphone passed the test. Then again he started telling some other reasons. I said i will talk to the manager, he went to manager and spoke something. As the manager came I told him the exact situation and I haven't done anything that would have caused the problem. I asked the manager tell me whats wrong with my phone and he said we are not engineers. I didn't know what to say. I said to the manager i came all this way to an apple store through 'GENIUS BAR RESERVATION' because I thought you could get the issue resolved at the very least diagnose what's wrong with the phone. The manager ended up saying I couldn't help you in this case. Its better to remove the Genius from 'GENIUS BAR' and just have the name 'Bar'. I was really disappointed by the way the manager spoke.

Walked in and no one even said hi :) probably bc of my ugly outfit and type of Asian ! I was waiting and trying to get help ! Saw the lady stood there without doing anything...I waved at her nicely "excuse me can you help me?" ...She came over with an attitude bc she thought "Asian can not speak English" !!! Alright then, I asked her one question about the color, she did not even bother to answer nicely ! She turned away and I had to look for another staff to help me ! That staff was nice enough to help me but he said let he gets someone come over to help me ! Again, that lady came but she realized..I speak English good enough for her to not being contemptuous ! Lady, if you just had a bad day then do not come to work and mad at others ! thanks 🙏

As I walk in there are 3 guys will to help! O but wait, you have an issue, need a repair...sorry get in THAT LINE to set an appointment....2.50 hours later...still here. Come on Apple your good to sell fast, but can't offer service for your own products!!!
