I called 611. She did not understand my question simply asking why my tradein for free iPhone 7 turned out a credit for a total quote of only $165. She said maybe there will be another credit later but couldn't tell me when or how much. So I called local store and asked them. They said to come in so they could see my account. I went in and she told me to call. I told her they just told me to come in. So she called customer service and literally handed me the phone. Realize that there were 4 employees standing around talking and NO customers besides me.

Purchased a new phone online and brought it in to set up with a new sim card. They definitely took care of me. They're also in a great location.

This T-Mobile store is awesome. I have dealt with lots of different employees and they are all very helpful and patient.
