Horrible customer service and horrible policies. Not even worth the bother to come and do business with them. Better off driving a little bit further down to South Post Oak for better service.

They a set of Scammers. I bought phone and they added other equipment to my cat saying they are free.They will add them up at the end of billing circle for you to pay when you cant return it.
Go to their store if you love keep paying for what you don't need.
