I didn't purchase a car here but when I did come and checked in 3 times; I saw Aaron and Khalil. My rating is based on customer service only not because I've purchased a vehicle so I just wanted to add that. Both Aaron and Khalil did an exceptional job by showing me every single car I wanted to look at. I was there for about a total of 2 hours each time I came. It's hard purchasing a new car because you want to make SURE it's the right car because you're about to spend a lot of money on it. If you're looking for a receptive employee, go with Aaron or Khalil!

My family and I had a great experience with wonderful customer service. We were accommodated by David Lavine who was very helpful and gave his best efforts to help our family get our dream car. Also, all the employees were very friendly and welcoming.

So my 2 year old Land Rover had some electrical problems....

Turns out Land Rovers are constructed with wires made from soy and/or other biodegradable materials. This is very attractive to rodents and a known issue throughout the industry.

There are several class action lawsuits against major manufacturers. The Land Rover service adviser even said to me "I think it's the coating because anytime it gets cold we constantly have this issue with Rovers." 

However, Land Rover would not cover this as a warranty repair, even though it was a known issue to both Rover and the industry. The Rover corporate call center employees are even trained specifically on how to deny wire coverage. Nice tough boys, nice touch.

To add insult to injury, the dealership charged me $300 for the privilege of telling me that the known issue isn't covered under warranty. 

So I went in for what I though would be a warranty repair, didn't get the repair and now owe them $300 for telling me the repair I need is not covered. How very satisfying.

I would AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AND THIS BRAND AT ALL COSTS. 

What a disappointment for a $70k car....

Excellent customer service! Nick, my service representative has always been diligent with getting my vehicle serviced and ready for pick up in a timely manner. I am grateful for having someone that truly cares about meeting the needs of customers. Kudos to Nick and the Land Rover Southwest Houston Dealership.

I have been to the local Mercedes and Porsche dealers lately and by Ryan was the most professional sales person I have met with.  The other dealers were a solid 4 star, but this place was a way above the level of service.  Ryan knew his facts cold and took time to get to know what I was looking for.  He actually followed up, unlike the momentum Porsche and Mercedes  North.  Good job, just wish they had a used V8 sport.
