I was referred to this dealership by my coworker. She raved about the quick oil change and the excellent customer service. I was in search of a quick oil change with my busy schedule. I gave it a chance and it was true!!!!!  Quick oil change and superb customer service  from the time I drove up. That  is when I meet Jermaine Brown he was very professional, courteous and a good listener. I came back a second time for an alignment I called and I spoke with Mr. Brown to check the availability for me to bring my car. I arrived at 7:30am I had a meeting for 9:00am he assured me that my car would be complete and it was. 
Gillman Chrysler’s Dodge  you have a new loyal and faithful customer for life!!!!!!! 
Jermaine needs a raise!!!!!!😊

I'm writing this review to let the leaders of the company know that my service at Gillman  has really changed this last time that I have taken my car here due to one service advisor that helped me. Just his kindness and his professional approach is what mad my morning. Jermaine Brown kept me informed about the service that needed to be done on my vehicle.  Even though I just went in for an oil change and tire rotation , I ended up getting an alignment and my air filter changed also. The whole time that I sat in the waiting room Jermaine Brown would check on me to make sure that I was comfortable and he would let me know that it wasn't going to be much longer on my car.  I greatly appreciated his courteous service and Professionalism. I am glad that I had the chance to meet him and I wish that your company would hire more like him

Jermaine Brown was very nice and helpful. He is always super attentive and personable. He has taught me a lot about me SUV and I appremediate all his help. I love that he always goes the extra mile! He gets 5 stars from me!!

After contact by the Managers, I decide to update the rate based on the experience. 
basically, I am a person who buying for experience. since they can explain what cause the issue, and how they fix it; and identify which their process need to improve. and most import thing is that the new car issue that I met is not a defeat, and I am able continue drive it comfortably. I will continue drive it and back to update the rating again if the issue not come back in next months.

I came here to inquire about a hellcat purchase.  The first sales associate was very nice but referred me to someone more “senior” about my prospective purchase.  As soon has the “senior” sales associate heard hellcat he looked at me and rolled his eyes.  Apparently I did not appear to either have enough money or be old enough to make SUCH a purchase.  He was completely disinterested in helping me and I was apparently just wasting his time.  No worries as I ended up purchasing a far superior ZL1 instead.  If you want a judgemental experience then this is the dealership for you.
