Don’t waste your time going here,! It’s a clown show! They give you medications like Sulindac, Which works as well as a placebo. They don’t fax your blood work orders like promised, you take time off work and get to Sonora they tell you that the Dr NEVER faxed your paperwork, and when you call the office to see why they haven’t faxed them, they put you on hold for 20 minutes and then send you to voicemail and 3 days later STILL haven’t faxed the paperwork. You are in excruciating pain and leave message after message and yet again are ignored, they don’t manage the Rhumatoid with acceptable medication that ACTUALLY works so of course your joints are swelled to the point you can’t even pick up a coffee cup. The office says they will send a prescription over and days later the pharmacy STILL doesn’t have it. You ask to ACTUALLY speak to a dr and you are not even allowed to talk to anyone besides the girls at the front desk. There’s a reason they are rated 2 out of 5 stars, they don’t deserve 1, I wish I had read the reviews, I wouldn’t have wasted my time with people who don’t actually care about my health, just my money

I went there on a referral from my general to see Dr. Soloman. I stepped through the issues going on and he told his PA to order labs and then my urine test was done through Sonora Quest. He was pleasant for the timeframe that I saw him, less than 4 minutes. The PA did everything else, which is fine. Upon my next visit 2 weeks later to discuss the bloodwork, I met yet again with the PA. She said, "as we expected you tested negative for RA and Lupus. But you still have indeterminate on your DNA Antibodies test." I asked what could be causing all the symptoms I was having, the subcutaneous nodules throughout my body, and all the other health issues. She simply said she didn't know. I asked if the knots in the palm of my hand, "Dupuytren's Contracture" had any correlation. She opened my hand, touched the knots and said, "you don't have Dupuytren's Contracture". I said, "Well, ok, but the orthopedic surgeon who treated me for what he diagnosed as Dupuytren's 3 weeks ago, might disagree with your assessment." She said, "oh", and typed it in her laptop. I inquired if it wasn't Lupus, RA, or Sjogren's disease, then could it feasibly be some other immunosuppressed disease? She stated she didn't know, but in order to know for certain, it would require pinpointing down what they would be testing for. Otherwise they would simply be running dozens of tests. Huh? Isn't that what I'm here for...to figure out what's wrong? She explained that Dr. Soloman had put in his notes from the first time, that the only way to really know what was going on was to do a biopsy of one of the lumps. Ok, why did we not start with that 2 weeks ago when I first saw him? If that is the determining factor as to what is wrong, wouldn't that be a logical starting point? (Particularly due to the fact they ran less blood panels than my general did.) I left there with a phone number for a surgeon and a prescription for a weeks worth of steroids for the swelling and pain in my joints. As it turns out, the surgeon he recommended to me had a 2.5 star rating on Healthgrades, Zocdoc and Yelp. Ugh. I sat in my vehicle and cried in the parking lot. I knew less after the appointment than I did prior. It genuinely felt like an Urgent Care facility and I had been given a bandaid on a broken arm. I am genuinely happy for the folks who received stellar care and have warm and fuzzy sentiments about their physician; I only wish I had the experienced the same.

I have had RA for 21 years, and in that time, I have seen 10 rheumatologists, and after seven years with Dr Jajoo and Candace Nebrich PA, I can say they, along with Teresa the MA and the entire Glendale staff, I wouldn't change. I receive excellent care, my providers are never satisfied with "good enough", they challenge me and themselves to continually try and improve my treatment plan and health. The team I see in particular is compassionate, responsive and takes the time to really listen to me. I always have a positive experience with the office staff, they are a friendly and efficient. This practice also offers a portal, which is an excellent way to communicate with the team at AZ Arthritis. The Glendale office is wonderfully managed and nicely maintained. Minimal wait times, especially considering the amount of time spent per patient. I cannot recommend "Team Jajoo" enough. I lived in Prescott for 5 years and commuted down just for them (and their infusion office), even after AZ Arthritis purchased a practice near my home.
