This locations scheduling is completely frustrating. Some genius decided they were only going to be open four days a week and it is impossible to get an appointment when you need it.  Every single time its like an act of god to get a medication refill.

Thank you to Dr. Carlson and Ryan Gilbreath, PA at the Glendale clinic.  After lumbar back surgery nerve damage, Dr. Carlson and Ryan have been excellent.  Often appointments were with Ryan.  He is patient, understanding, answers all questions and never rushes.  Dr. Carlson successfully administered numerous epidural and other injections to relieve the pain.  When the injections failed, they recommended a trial of a spinal cord stimulator.  Both Dr. Carlson and Ryan explained the device, the procedure and what results could be expected.  The trial ended today with Ryan removing the device after meeting with the device maker’s representative.  Ryan again explained everything and played devil’s advocate to be sure I was comfortable in my decision to move forward with a permanent implant.

The front office staff is always friendly and welcoming as is Stephanie in the back office.  I highly recommend Ryan, Dr. Carlson and the Glendale clinic.

Horrible
 Not professional what's so ever Rachel needs to take some classes on respect and professionalism. Treated my husband horribly oh and Rachel who is not a Dr. Overlooked something and that was all she could say what a terrible excuse . would not recommend to anyone

Thisvclinic hadvsaved my life. I suffer from extreme  neuropathy. They have my pain down to 2 from 9. Ive only met Dr Carlson a couple  timesbbut he has treated me with respect  and Sympathy.  Now I've hadva complication with a procedure  but i do not hold anyone responsible.  But those who use alternative  medicine be wary. I chose cannabis  for my neuropathy  and it works  but subsequently now i can not be provided needed pain meds. These last few weeks have been agonizing, i know they are trying  their best. Even though i am in a awful place at the moment. I would recommend  Dr C's hospital.a year ago i was considering  the worst  because of my pain, thoughts of  personal misfortune  constantly  ran through  my mind. Since  my treatment  plan works im slowly becoming  thevself i lost again. Please take this to heart
